What a great hotel Stayed overnight, 2 couples.  The hotel was really great. Comfy, exceptionally clean etc. The hostess was very warm and engaging. The location is close to the centre as well. Parking was no issue, outside the hotel. We would definitely stay there again. Harrogate break! My wife and myself will have been here for 3nts by the time we go home tomorrow and it’s been a brilliant little place to stay in Harrogate.Wynnstay House is tucked away in a quiet tree lined avenue about a 10mins stroll from the town centre.Parking isn’t a problem as you get given a permit to put in your car so that you don’t get booked. We stayed in the Huntly room on the top floor which was a good sized room with everything that we needed and the added bonus was that it was very quiet all the time.We just had the continental breakfast which was adequate but you can have a fully cooked breakfast at an added cost. We can recommend this place to stay and if in the area again we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again as the owner is very friendly and very helpful.

Lovely B&B Warm, comfy well-furnished room with all the usual amenities - tea & coffee, TV toiletries, hairdryer, fan etc. Perfect location for the centre, especially for events at the Convention Centre (5 min walk). Nice B&B Nice B&B pretty central to Harrogate with free parking - 5/10min walk into centre with permit on street parking outside B&B. Comfy bed and clean spacious room.. Reason for 4 rather than 5 star is that breakfast let it down, for £10 pp for cooked breakfast I was dissapointed, Sausages very pale and looked unappetising and just generally not worth £10. Great accommodation and great location. Accommodation was lovely. Room was spacious well decorated and most importantly spotlessly clean. Hosts were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Harrogate was a great location for exploring Yorkshire. We drove to Whitby and Staithes. We got a train into York which was straight forward and saved on having to park, visited Knaresborough and we drove around the Dales. I would highly recommend.

Passable The bed was fairly comfortable but there were some issues. The room had a view of a wall, the shower cubicle was cramped and jaded, a tap was broken, the kettle was broken and I wasn’t allowed to check out at 10.30 rather than 10 which was told me in a rather grumpy manner. Finally I was surprised that the owners were not wearing any face protection and I overheard a guest saying she was unwell.It was all a bit disappointing really

Bed and breakfast Stopped here as our usual hotel was full. Don't normally stay in a b and b but thought this was worth a try and were not disappointed. A superb place to stay, highly recommended A superb place to stay, run by a brilliant couple Olsl and kamila  and of course their young daughter. Bedroom lovely and clean, breakfast super both full Yorkshire and vegetarian option. Nothing was too much trouble for them, always greets you in the morning with a smile. Well Kamila 😂😂. Lovely stay Comfortable and clean room. Hotel is close to town but in a very quiet area, with easy street parking with permit from hotel. Breakfast gorgeous with plenty of options including vegetarian. Thank you again for a lovely stay.
